Born and reared in this area of ‘Outstanding Natural Beauty’. All our lambs are reared naturally and grass fed away from pollution on our own hill farm on the ‘Bleasdale Estate.’

   The lambs are grazed on upland pastures along side our highland cattle and can therefore take advantage of the better sweeter grasses made available by the cattle grazing.

   This mixed grazing also helps reduce pests and promotes better health and vitality in the lambs.

   This farming system produces lamb which is succulent, sweet and full of flavour. As with the cattle, the lambs are killed in a small local abattoir. They are hung for 7-10 days and then butchered and packed here on the farm.

   This system again gives us total control right up to dispatch. Providing you with the confidence to buy and enjoy this great product.
