All our sausages are made in the most traditional way. We only use the finest of ingredients. They are extremely meaty and are full of flavour and are a real treat for the whole family.

   Both of these puddings are hand made to a traditional recipe at the edge of the Yorkshire Dales for us by the Oakroyd Bakery and are free of artificial flavouring and colouring. Both pudding can be kept refrigerated for a minimum of 4 weeks or can be frozen.

   A luxurious dessert, with dates and dairy cream. This pudding is a real indulgence and is sumptuous reheated and served with custard, cream or ice cream.

   A new pudding with a wonderful texture and oozing with a rich toffee sauce. Reheat and serve with cream or ice cream.

   A fine and delicious luxury plum pudding. Exceptionally light, it is full of flavour and has an abundance of fruit and nuts soaked in plenty of brandy and sherry. Made in Cumbria for us by the Ultimate Plum Pudding Co.
