





All our venison is selected from local Estates chosen for their high standards of deer management. All the venison comes direct to us from these Estates where the deer are selected specifically for us. None of our Venison comes through Game dealers or Wholesalers.
Although not able to be labeled organic, being wild and free to roam means that in practice it can only be totally natural.
Because of our relationship with our local estates we can ensure that only the younger deer are selected for us during the culling. This enables us to supply you with only the finest venison, succulent and tender, without being too gamey.

Both Fallow & Roe Venison is finely grained and full of flavour. Venison is a lean healthy meat which is very low in cholesterol yet high in protein and iron.
All the carcasses are hung on the bone for a minimum of 10 days to ensure maximum tenderness. This process along with the butchering is carried out in our on farm facility where the highest standards of carcass handling are used ensuring only the finest quality venison is delivered direct to your door.
